Amsterdam Cocktail Week has never been bigger

Amsterdam Cocktail Week celebrates our capital’s cocktail scene for the ninth year in a row. This time, you can try exclusive signature cocktails at these 23 bars: Bar Oldenhof, Bar TwentySeven, Belly of the Beast, Cue, Door74, Dutch Courage, Feijoa, Fitz’s Bar, Flying Dutchmen Cocktails, Hasta La Vista, Baby!, Law & Order, Lotti’s, LuminAir, NIDO, NJOY, Pressroom, Prins & Aap, Rosalia’s Menagerie, Sins of Sal, Sonora, Super Lyan, The Tailor, and Vault Bar.

WORKSHOPS, TASTINGS & EVENTS
This year, Amsterdam Cocktail Week has more to offer than ever. The program mixes workshops, tastings, and events for bartenders and cocktail lovers alike. From cocktail competitions to tastings. Mad about a Pornstar Martini? In the Passion Fruit Collab by Sonora and Hasta La Vista, Baby!, fans of this cocktail discover what else passion fruit has to offer. Feel free to dance along. Meanwhile, Bar Oldenhof explores all the different ways to enjoy agave in an agave tasting. And bartenders will be battling for the title “Best Espresso Martini of the Netherlands” at the Best Espresso Martini Competition hosted at Hasta La Vista, Baby!

Shaken or stirred? The Martini Workshop finally explains to everyone why it matters. Learn all about a true cocktail classic at Amsterdam’s most famous speakeasy, Door74. On 1 April, Mijenta welcomes two renowned German bartenders to Amsterdam. Betty Kupsa from The Chug Club and Maria Gorbachova from The Green Door are taking over Belly of the Beast and Flying Dutchmen Cocktails during the closing of Mijenta Women’s Month. Numerous other celebrated bars have also made their way to Amsterdam. Paradiso from Barcelona takes over Door74 for one night. Drink Kong from Rome comes to Fitz’s Bar. And Murder Inc. from London makes NIDO their temporary home.

Amidst all the toasting, bartenders brush up on their knowledge at The Knowledge Hub. Experts from the bar scene share everything you need to know to run a successful bar during short talks.
